In the event of rain or heavy snowfall, You will be reimbursed 50% of the cost of the day in question, even if you've been skiing.
How does the weather guarantee work?
When you book your package, simply add the weather guarantee.
On the day of the event, the weather forecast is analyzed hour by hour in La Rosière, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. If the forecasted conditions reach the guarantee’s trigger threshold, You will be notified by email starting at 9 a.m..
You can still choose to enjoy the slopes: Your plan remains valid, and so does your refund.
No receipts, photos, or documents are required. Simply provide your bank account information to receive your refund within 48 hours.
How much does the weather warranty cost?
The weather guarantee is available Starting at €3.01 per person for a day of skiing.
If the alarm is triggered, 50% of the value of the relevant day pass is refunded.
