How to make buying your lift passes as hassle-free as possible?

1. Order online from home

In just a few clicks, you can purchase the best lift pass for your requirements. Your order will be delivered to your home address (providing you place your order 10 days or more before your first ski day) or sent to your chosen collection point in resort.

2. Buy your skipass directly in the resort

Head to one of the resort’s lift pass offices to get personalised advice from our lift pass staff about which pass to choose. Our lift pass offices are located right by the lifts, so once you have purchased your pass, you can head straight out onto the slopes!

Open 7 days a week throughout the season (including Bank holidays).

8.45 am - 4.00 pm from Sunday to Friday
8.45 am - 7.00 pm on Saturdays

Opening hours (during the summer season):
9.15 am - 12.00 am / 1.15 pm - 4.15 pm every day

Collect your pre-purchased skipass:

If you have left it too late to have your lift passes posted to your home address, take advantage of the various collection points in resort! You can either collect your passes from your accommodation reception (participating accommodation only) or from one of the resort's three lift pass offices.

  • Le Comptoir de La Rosière
  • Le Logde Hemera, CGH
  • Le Panoramic

You can also pick up your lift passes at the "Le Comptoir de La Rosière" concierge desk::

  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday 10 am - 7 pm (non-stop)
  • SSaturday: 9 am - 7 pm (non-stop)
