A Charter of Commitment to Energy Efficiency

La Rosière Domaine Outdoor is committed to energy efficiency. This term refers to all measures aimed at reducing energy consumption.

SOFIVAL Group objectives

  • Reduce GHG emissions by 50% (Scope 1 & 2) by 2030, compared with the 2023 baseline year.

  • Purchase of electricity generated 100% from renewable energy sources effective January 1, 2025, for all of the group's ski areas.

Winter 2024–25 Results

  • Increase in +1% in electricity consumption (excluding snow) compared to the winter of 2022. Target not met: this increase is due to the two new chairlifts, Dahu and Chardonnet.

  • Decrease in - 30% of buildings' electricity consumption par rapport à 2022.

  • Decrease in - 3.7% of non-road diesel consumption (GNR) compared to the winter of 2025, but a 3.9% increase compared to 2023.

Goals for Winter 2025–26

  • Decrease in - 10% of electricity consumption compared to winter 2025 (excluding snow).

  • Stabilization of HVO consumption compared to 2025 GNR consumption.
